Illinois State Board of Education - ISBE
Preschool for All Expansion is an historic expansion of early childhood programs that makes Illinois the first state in the nation to offer voluntary, high quality preschool to all three- and four-year-olds whose parents want them to participate. The goal of Preschool for All is to ensure that all children are well prepared to succeed in school and in life. Preschool for All also includes resources to expand quality in programs targeted for at-risk children and their families.
